Aysedasi's Le Mans

By now I was pretty much out on my feet.  As the others hadn't arrived by 8 am and as I was close by the 'Welcome' building I thought I would spend a bit more time up on the roof in the by now bright morning sunshine.  Enough is never enough!  At this time of the morning, the vast majority of the spectators have either left the circuit or are comatose in any spot they can find around it.  As a result the roof of the Welcome was pretty much deserted, which was good for me.  It was lovely up there, although I could have done with a chair!  

I finally left the Welcome building at 8.45 and walked back into the Village.  Most of the shops were now shut although I did manage to purchase t-shirts for everyone at home.   Just after 9 am I was fortunately spotted by Robert.  He, Ian and Peter had come back to the circuit.  After a reviving cup of coffee we went back to the car for the journey back to Le Grand Lucé.
